First Visit to Plas Dinam Country House: Sharing Boards for a beautiful February Wedding.

Nestled in the stunning Welsh countryside, Plas Dinam Country House is a hidden gem that promises an unforgettable experience. On a beautiful but chilly day, we ventured to this remarkable venue, ready to explore its charm and provide a feast of local delicacies. How we haven't managed to get here yet I really don't know! Not too far from us, we were super excited to visit after hearing many good reviews from local suppliers.

The Allure of Plas Dinam Country House

As we arrived at Plas Dinam, we were immediately taken in by its surroundings. It’s the sort of place that feels both cozy and luxurious at the same time. The beautiful gardens surrounding the venue were beautiful, and we can't wait to see how it looks in the warmer months. Even in the winter it looked so lovely.

This venue has a great reputation for hosting weddings, and it’s easy to see why. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the team are fantastic. Sometime the team that run or manage the venue really do make it stand out.

A Feast for the Senses: The Sharing Boards

We essentially commandeered the venue for the entire day, presenting a delightful array of culinary treats! Imagine canapés that evoke a sense of mexican party vibes with tequila to accompany, sharing boards that invite a ‘let’s eat together’ vibe, and wood-fired pizza that’s sizzling hotter than the sun we are all wishing would arrive for at least an hour in a chilly February. 🍕🔥

We will provide more updates on our social media, but I wanted to highlight the sharing boards in this post to demonstrate what's achievable. We presented a round option as depicted above and also provided long, runner-style sharing boards for the long tables.

Alongside the cheeses was an alluring assortment of charcuterie meats. These artisanal cuts of cured meats ranged from smooth prosciutto to spicy salami.

Fresh fruits and vegetables elegantly complemented the savoury items as usual. Juicy grapes, crisp cucumbers, and vibrant cherry tomatoes not only enhanced the look but also provid a refreshing contrast to the richer flavors of the cheeses and meats.
